In Florence, with the Studio Valle Progettazioni, Leonardo srl wins the restyling of the Palazzo degli Affari

Contract of 542 thousand euros for the grouping led by Studio Valle Progettazioni and with Benigni Engineering and Ing. Nicola Falorni.

The group led by the Studio Valle Progettazioni study in Rome won the services package for the renovation of the Palazzo degli Affari in Florence.

The intervention is worth about 8 million euros, with an amount of services of 542 thousand euros. With Studio Valle Design also Benigni Engineering Srl, Ing. Nicola Falorni and Salvatore Re + Leonardo.

The contract was sent by the Firenze Fiera Congress and Exhibition Center. The building – designed by Pierluigi Spadolini and subject to monumental constraints – was built in 1973.

The restyling will focus mainly on the envelope – to improve energy efficiency – and on the modernization of the plants.

The competition was attended by well-known names in architecture, such as Peluffo (ex 5 + 1AA), Politecnica, Adolfo Natalini and Gnosis.
